Irma Encarnación
‍Former Associate Director of Admissions at Dartmouth

Irma Encarnación is a Former Associate Director of Admissions at both Dartmouth College and Barnard College. With fifteen years of experience in reading and making decisions on thousands of applications at some of the most competitive U.S. universities, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Beginning her career by guiding students through the college application process, Irma later transitioned to applying a strengths-based counseling lens to her admissions work. She is deeply passionate about creating pathways and uncovering possibilities for the next generation of learners.

Throughout her career in college admissions, Irma led initiatives such as alumni engagement, multicultural recruitment, communications, event planning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts for undergraduate students. In her most recent role as a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Education and Social Impact practice, she collaborated with organizations to identify and recruit executive leaders in education reform, nonprofit, and higher education sectors.

Gabe Gladstein

Transferred to Harvard (.8% acceptance rate), graduated Magna cum Laude. Master’s in Music, New England Conservatory. Created Crimson’s U.S. Admissions Program, has helped 1000s of students into Harvard, Stanford, MIT, and more. Founded Indigo Research, which has helped 700+ students complete research papers and publish in over 27 academic journals, and partnered with UCSB and the New York Academy of Sciences. Has written speeches for U.S. Presidential campaigns & advised startups.

Meet Gabe Gladstein (Harvard University), VP of Product at Crimson Education Gabe graduated magna cum laude in Government from Harvard University in 2017 and graduated with a Master's in Music from the New England Conservatory of Music in 2018. Gabe is currently Vice President of Product at Crimson Education and the creator of Crimson's flagship U.S. admissions program. He has a long history of supporting students in gaining admission to all 8 Ivy League schools, Stanford, Duke, Northwestern, Johns Hopkins and more!
