Ida Danewid is an Associate Professor in Gender and Global Political Economy at the University of Sussex. Dr. Oh Sang (James) Kweon is a postdoctoral fellow in the Drug Discovery Lab at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine and the Easton Center for Alzheimer's Research. Aardra is a PhD candidate in Management at University College London and an Associate Fellow of AdvanceHE. She also holds an MRes in Management from UCL, an MSc in Management from Warwick Business School, and a BTech in Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering from the University of Kerala. Her interdisciplinary expertise spans business, management, entrepreneurship, innovation, strategy, biotechnology, and organizational research. Before pursuing academia, Aardra built a successful career in industry as an award-winning entrepreneur, consultant, and advocate for women in STEM, with experience across the finance, enterprise, and life sciences sectors. She has supervised more than 230 undergraduate and postgraduate research projects at UCL and Birmingham City University and has over six years of experience mentoring high school researchers. At Indigo, she has guided more than 100 students to complete and publish research in journals such as the International Journal of High School Research (IJHSR), NHSJS, Journal of Student Research, Curieux, and Convergence. She mentors students interested in business, management, entrepreneurship, innovation, economics, strategy, and interdisciplinary social science research.



Dr. Abdullah Yalaman is a Research Associate at the Centre for Applied Macroeconomic Analysis (CAMA) at the Australian National University, a Full Professor at Eskişehir Osmangazi University, and a Research Associate at the Center for Economics and Econometrics at Boğaziçi University. His expertise spans finance, economics, behavioral finance, econometrics, data science, risk management, fintech, investment management, and financial markets. He has also held research and visiting appointments at the University of Cambridge, the University of Tasmania, the University of York, and Columbia University. With extensive teaching and supervision experience, he has taught more than 5,000 students and supervised over 400 research projects across high school, undergraduate, master's, and PhD levels. He has authored more than 30 peer-reviewed publications in leading journals, with research recognized by outlets including The Washington Post, TIME, BBC, Forbes, and VoxEU. At Indigo, he mentors students interested in economics, finance, business, data science, econometrics, behavioral economics, sustainability, and quantitative social science research, helping them develop rigorous, data-driven research projects.



Dr. Amanda Rounds holds a PhD in Rehabilitation Science from George Mason University, with concentrations in Psychosocial Factors and Movement Science. Her expertise spans rehabilitation science, neuroscience, psychology, healthcare innovation, user experience, medical technology, artificial intelligence in healthcare, implementation science, and disability research. Her research focuses on improving healthcare delivery and understanding the experiences of individuals with neurological conditions and trauma. With more than a decade of experience in research, teaching, and mentorship, Mandy has worked at leading institutions including Georgetown University, MedStar Health, and George Mason University. She has also managed a diverse medical research funding portfolio supporting projects in stroke, psychology, pain, obesity, heart failure, and patient-centered healthcare. At Indigo, she mentors students interested in neuroscience, psychology, healthcare, biomedical technology, artificial intelligence, user experience, and interdisciplinary life sciences research, helping them develop impactful, research-driven projects.
