PhD student at Yale
Fernando is currently a Doctoral Candidate at Yale Law School. He holds a Master of Laws degree from the Yale Law School and a Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He also studied Taxation in the PUCP LL.M. Program; Public Policy and Taxation at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Spain; International Taxation and Transfer Pricing at the Leiden University, Netherlands; and US Law at the Columbia Law School Summer Program. He has authored several papers in prestigious Law Reviews and chapters in books on a wide variety of legal and policy issues.
