Fjorda is a PhD candidate in Computer Science and Brain Science at University College London in the Department of Experimental Psychology. She has extensive knowledge in the development of applications such as web applications and VR/AR applications for mental health, specifically to detect attention and working memory problems, anxiety, and stuttering. She also has extensive knowledge in many statistical software including Python, R, Matlab, and SPSS. During her PhD, she has supervised undergraduate and master’s students at UCL for their research projects, and has also worked as a teaching assistant and lab demonstrator in Human Computer Interaction, programming, and database systems.
