Harry is a Ph.D. student, researcher, and tutor in political science and economics at the University of Oxford, committed to making governments across the world work better for citizens. He is now completing his Ph.D. research at Oxford, where he studies global and comparative capitalism and democracy. Harry has worked for U.S. General Stanley A. McChrystal, where he delivered on projects aimed at changing people's understanding and practices of leadership. The supporting book created from this work, Leaders: Myth and Reality, told the story of twelve distinguished leaders from history, from the French revolutionary Maximilien Robespierre to civil rights leader Martin Luther King. The 2018 book — which soon became a U.S. national bestseller — was animated by the principle that "leadership is not what we think it is...and it never was".
