Nina H. is a Ph.D. student studying Bioengineering at Stanford University. Her research focuses on engineering immune cells to kill cancer cells as a new kind of immunotherapy for patients with solid tumors. She has presented her work at multiple international conferences and is hoping to bring it into the clinic in the near future. Nina is currently the Mona M. Burgess Fellow within the Stanford Bio-X program, an award given to students engaging in cutting-edge interdisciplinary research.
