Sammy is a PhD student at Harvard University. He is interested in understanding the mechanics and physics of soft materials to guide their design in engineering and biomedical applications. Examples of the applications of soft materials include smart sensors, actuators, coatings, electronics, drug delivery, artificial tissues, artificial muscle, and wound dressings. Sammy is passionate about science and engineering and wants to help his students pursue careers in STEM fields.
