Ricky is a former Assistant Director of Admissions at Princeton University, where he read thousands of applications and contributed to shaping the supplemental essay questions. He brings a holistic approach to advising, tailoring guidance to individual strengths and emphasizing self-advocacy. Ricky began his admissions journey at Pomona College, where he worked as a student intern and senior interviewer. After earning a BA in Linguistics & Cognitive Science, he continued his career at the Stevens Institute of Technology, reviewing over 2,000 applications.
